DESCRIPTION:You are very welcome to come to one of my classes and experience yoga. \nThis Community Yoga Class is for Embodiment Yoga. \nAll classes are suitable for everyone ( Beginners\, Seniors\, Pregnant Mamas\, Advanced Yogis). \nIts a gentle and slow class\, working on the fundamentals of Yoga which includes next to movement\, breath and relaxation. \nIt is a perfect place for new beginners to try out Yoga in a warm and welcoming space\, and for long-term practitioners to get back to basics and deepen their practice amongst the community. Poses will be explained and demonstrated in detail\, and students are given time to find comfort and ease in each posture.
