DESCRIPTION:This is the second masterclass in the “Sustainability Series” promoting cooking from scratch\, eating seasonally and looking at the paddock to plate ethos. \nNothing beats the smell of a freshly baked loaf and its a simple process so why not learn how to make your own sourdough bread at home. Brad will cover the basics of bread making and demystify the process of using a natural leaven.
