DESCRIPTION:This 8 session course for women aims to provide participants with: \nA greater understanding of how to build\, or rebuild\, relationships based on healthy boundaries.\nAn appreciation of some of the motives that cause people to become “people-pleasers” and how to address the internal and external resistances to setting healthy boundaries.\nSkills to become “lovingly direct” in their relationships.\nAn understanding of the importance forgiveness plays in emotional well-being\, and the difference between being a forgiving person and giving people a license to continue hurting you.\nThe ability to recognise clear boundaries others have set\, and when we may have crossed these.​ \n​While some time is set aside for participants to share individually this course is not designed to operate as a therapy group.\n​\n​​The course is led by trained and experienced facilitators to create a safe environment for women only.\nWeekly morning tea and end-of-course celebration lunch provided.\nThis course runs in Term 2 and Term 4 for 8 weeks\n​ \nStart Date: Friday 1st May 2026\nTime: 9:30am-12.15pm\n​Venue: St Peters Church\, cnr Cameron Rd & Spring St\, Tauranga\nCost: $40 per person for the entire course \nThis course is for women only.\n​Spaces on this popular course are limited\, please register your interest online and we will contact you when enrolments open: \nBOOK HERE
