DESCRIPTION:Organisations increasingly have a wealth of diversity in their staff\, customers\, suppliers and other stakeholders. The need to understand diversity and to be able to include diversity as part of the work-place culture is becoming increasingly important.\nA diverse team with unique individual perspectives can deliver exceptional results. Having such a team calls for a range of strategies and keen self-awareness. \nBenefits:  \nThe knowledge\, skills and techniques introduced on the course aim to enhance\ndelegates respect and acknowledgement of other’s intrinsic value and contribution. \nAs well as increasing staff’s awareness of diversity and the advantages diversity can bring to their teams and to their organisation. \nThis workshop can be taken as part of a six course Management development programme aimed at managers and team leaders who want to gain skills to improve efficiency and effectiveness for themselves and their team.
