DESCRIPTION:Film Bay of Plenty Screenwriters – has been formed for those who are keen to work in a focused way on developing screenplays for Bay of Plenty filmmakers. \nPrimarily the goal will be to generate ideas so that then groups of two or more writers can work on them and turn them into screenplays for TV series\, web series\, feature films or short films. Individual writers may also benefit from others in the group to provide feedback and assistance. \nThey will be hosting regular weekly writers’ sessions online using Zoom every Monday from 7 pm. DESCRIPTION:This workshop focuses on the Art of Relating\, which trains actors to create believable characters and emotionally connected relationships on screen. \nWorking in pairs with scripts\, actors learn the Five Arts of Film Acting – the Art of Concentration\, the Art of Not Knowing\, the Art of Acceptance\, the Art of Giving and Receiving and the Art of Relating\, which maximises instinctive and creative choices and trains actor to bring their own personality to the screen. The work will benefit actors wishing to reset or reinvigorate their acting muscles\, remove blocks limiting creative choices and improve sight reading skills.
