DESCRIPTION:A wholesome way of training \nThis is a workshop that is designed to help us understand how to move efficiently\, easily and expressively. \nExercises are nourishing to the system and stimulate new neural pathways in the brain. \nWe are all far less compartmentalised that we are lead to believe.  The workshop series of Movement Connections is where participants have the opportunity to experience and appreciate the fabric that binds all aprts that make up the body.  Training won’t be focusing on isolated muscle groups so much as the communication lines between them\, allowing strength and elasticity to create supported movement. \nEverybody welcome. \nWhen: Sunday 18th September 2022  10am – 12 noon\nWhere: Ohauiti  Hall\, 459 Upper Ohauiti Rd\, Tauranga\nCost: Suggested Koha $15-$30 \nTutor: Margaret Dewes\nContact: m.dewes@hotmail.com
