All students work at their own level and ability. \nTai Chi is different to normal fitness classes in that it teaches a person how to identify and release tension being held in the body. \nThere is a very deliberate mental aspect to learning Tai Chi so although it looks simple to the observer\, it is definitely not easy. \nThose who come to understand the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong will recognise the improvements in strength and balance and body posture. \nJade Health Taiji is affiliated to Sport BOP so we offer training to all comers and in particular to the Keep on Your Feet program. \nTauranga Classes \nWhere: St Georges Church Hall\,  Gate Pa\,  2 Church St.\nWhen:  Wednesday 9.30 – 11.00am \nCost:$10 per class for casual but there is a 10 class concession card available for $80 classes.
