Standing in our courage and vulnerability\, we are real\, free\, beautiful\, unique and we are one! \nA slow\, mindful flow for all levels based in connection. \nBecome more embodied and connected with your innocent true self. Beyond the layers\, the labels\, the expectations of society\, beyond having to take responsibility for how other people feel…Who are you really? \nAll the doors will be locked and late comers will not be allowed into the space so please arrive 5-10 mins early. Bring your own mat or towel.
