DESCRIPTION:We are a small\, but enthusiastic group who are committed to reducing the amount of single use plastic bags circulated by our retail shops to customers\, by sewing fabric reusable shopping bags which shoppers can borrow at no cost to themselves\, and reuse them as often as they need.  If not needed\, they can then return the bags to any participating store for other shoppers to use.\nEvery fabric donation or volunteer is welcome ! \nWhen: Thursday 19th March 3.30pm – 5.30pm\nWhere: T5 fabric room\, Katikati College\, Beach Road\, Katikati \nFacebook: Boomerang Bags Katikati \nThis event is part of Envirohub’s Sustainable Backyards 2020.
