Especially important now in these times of Covid-19 to assure the best Immunity and wellbeing.\nYour health will thank you and give you vitality in return.\nSpice up your life with the science of Kombucha and it’s many uses. \nLearn how to utilise seasonal fruit and add them to your second fermentation\, creating an additional twist\, using Rongoa Maori and herbs from your garden. \nIn this 3 hour workshop you will learn how to make kombucha step by step\, in a practical non rushed manner.\nA great way to connect with like minded people and it’s fun to attend with a friend to share the journey. \nIf you are a group op people wanting me to hold a workshop at your place\, let me know. DESCRIPTION:Come along and learn how to make use of any apple bits you get your hands on and turn this into healthy homemade apple cider vinegar ! \nYou will select your own organic apples and we will prepare our vinegar under the trees out in Nature. I am running several workshops from our backyard in Welcome Bay during this month. \nYour course registration of $75 pays for your complete brewing equipment to take home with you and ingredients needed to make 10 litres of apple vinegar.
