DESCRIPTION:You will hear the stories of Māori settlement from the northern end of Tauranga harbour to Whakatāne. Your learning journey will touch on the cultural importance of the various physical features. \nThis walk takes you up the well defined track to the top of the Papamoa Hills. It is an ideal walk similar to the fitness needed to walk up Mauao. There are spectacular views to enjoy as we walk and talk. \nBefore booking seek medical advice if you have any conditions that may preclude strenuous activity.
