Anthony Byrt is one of New Zealand’s foremost writers on contemporary art. He is the New Zealand correspondent for Artforum, and the author of two books: This Model World: Travels to the Edge of Contemporary Art (2016), and The Mirror Steamed Over: Love and Pop in London, 1962 (2020), both published by Auckland University Press.
