This workshop takes a step further into pen, in and watercolour illustration. A great opportunity for anyone wanting a more in-depth course on illustration. Perfect for anyone who has previously done any of Claire’s illustration workshops or anyone with foundation drawing skills of people and animals.
Using fine black liners and watercolours you’ll explore many aspects of light and dark, composition and colour, while learning many characters development and storytelling techniques and having heaps of fun!

Most materials, as well as morning tea supplied. Participants must bring their own brushes and watercolour paints.
Claire Delaney is a writer and illustrator living in Rotorua. She has published several of her own books and continually works on client commissions. She has been an artist and tutor for over thirty years teaching hundreds of people every year.
