Come learn to make your own sourdough bread! Sourdough tends to be intimidating, even for experienced bakers. In this family-friendly course, Catherine will help you avoid common mistakes, and will show you how approachable making sourdough bread can be. You will go through all the stages, (tasting included) and will go home with your very own sourdough starter and recipe to get going.
