Join me for a day of artistic play, where you’ll let go of the outside world and discover the life you long to live.
Through creative play and guided meditation, you’ll shift from your logical ‘to do list’ mindset, to your love based creative mindset. I’ll guide you to paint your own mandala, a visual representation of your universe with you at the centre. As you sink into the joy of simply creating, you’ll infuse the canvas with all your positive energy, hopes and dreams.
The only rule in this free-flowing workshop is that there are no right or wrong. I’ll be there to gently support you in exploring your innate creativity, while playfully kicking perfectionism and comparison to the kerb.
Painting Happiness is about you and the canvas, loads of glorious colour, permission to play and a whole lot of belly laughs in the company of like-minded women. Come join us and discover the inner world you never knew existed.
