Don’t get bummed…get bumbagged!
In this 2 hour workshop you will use your existing sewing skills to create a bumbag that will see you through the summer! Basic sewing experience is absolutely necessary! This one’s a little bit technical but my god is it satisfying! Bring some awesome fabric with you or use the salvaged fabrics we have at ReMaker. (Get creative too – maybe you have an old shirt at home that you’ve already been spotted in and it’s time to mix things up? Use the rest of the fabric to make a matching beret? Surely.)
You will spend the first 30 minutes cutting out your fabrics, then approx 1.5 hours constructing the bumbag which will include inserting a zip. (Don’t worry it’s easier than it sounds I promise) Fabric needs to be approx 100 x 50 cm for the outer, and a medium weight (remember the bumbag has to be quite sturdy as you will be rocking out all summer)!
For ages 16+ with previous sewing experience.
