When: Mondays 9.30am – 10.45am (or 11am if staying for meditation)
Where: Ohauiti Settlers Hall, 459 Ohauiti Road, Tauranga
Cost: 1 class $15 or $65 per 5 week term
(speak to Asunta about personalised payment arrangements if required)
Bring a mat and a blanket.
No need to book, just come.
