Evening Workshop
KABUKU means ‘to learn’ and ‘to be out of ordinary’. Learn more about Japanese culture through creating a work inspired by Kabuki. Make a mask that is inspired by Kabuki and Nihon Buyo.
Kabuki is an art of singing and dancing where performers would often wear masks and outfits that are flamboyant and bizarre in a theatrical sense. This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of Japanese culture as well as enjoying some time with like-minded creative individuals in a warm supportive environment.
