Embark on the Sourdough and Artisan Baking journey and learn how to cultivate and maintain a sourdough starter, make the dough, shape, rise and bake a wide range of products to perfection!

The class includes from Classic loaves to Mixed grain and seed, Rye, spelt and wholemeal loaves, Sorghum bread, Croissants, Pizza, Kitke plait (Challah) and Sourdough discard crackers. Morning tea provides generous tastings and each attendant takes home a ready to use starter, substantial recipe booklet and more tastings of everything made!
