
Growing Herbs, Gardening advocates, Grow to live

Where: Envirohub, 31B Glasgow Street, Tauranga
- Learn how to grow some useful everyday herbs.
- Add fresh flavour and healthy vitality to your meals, at low cost, with culinary herbs.
- Explore first aid plants to grow at home to help calm stress or soothe burns.
- Taste easily grown herbal teas.
- Bring along your questions about growing herbs.
This session is part of the Sustainable Backyards events organised by Envirohub. Envirohub has organised a photo competition for all the Sustainable backyards events.

There will be a raffle as well as books, T-shirts and tote bags for sale.
Please bring some cash.
PLEASE NOTE: The venue is ENVIROHUB, 31B Glasgow St (NOT our usual meeting place in 13th Avenue). There are plenty of carparks in Glasgow St.
You can attend meetings without being a member of the Society. There is a $5 charge for non-members.

The Herb Society meets on the 2nd Thursday of the Month. Most meetings are held at Wesley Church Hall, 100 13th Avenue, Tauranga.
You’re also welcome to bring items for the sale table (herbs, produce, preserves etc…)
LIBRARY meetings are held on the 2nd DAY of every month except January (9:30am – 11:30am). Herbal Library takes place at Herbal Health Clinic, 75 Keenan Road, Tauranga.
