
Professional Development Training
Last year we hosted a professional development training on Working with Autism and ADHD, which sold out within weeks. Due to the strong interest and excellent feedback, we are running a second session on 26 February 2026.
Training will explore:
- Key Traits of Autism and ADHD
- What are the differences and similarities
- Comorbidities of Autism and ADHD
- Inclusive Skills and Practical Strategies to support individuals
- Approaches for schools, counselling spaces, and community settings working with neurodiversity in teens, young adults and adults
- Regulation tools and emotional forecasting
- Impact on relationships when one person is neurodiverse
- Understand the Trauma and Challenges for Parents of Neurodiverse Children
- Navigating diagnosis: grief, stress, and systemic barriers
- Available supports and resources
Participants will gain:
- Greater Awareness: Building inclusive communities that reduce stigma.
- Practical Confidence: Tools to recognise and nurture the strengths of neurodivergent individuals.
- Family Support: Insight into the systemic impacts on parents and carers, with pathways to resources.
- Empowered Neurodivergent Voices: Helping neurodiverse people feel seen, valued, and supported to thrive.
