Angie Belcher is an experienced storyteller, children’s author, teacher and adventurer who has spent decades turning real-life experiences into stories. Her books are numerous, specialising in creative non-fiction and children’s picture books. Angie has three Notable Book Awards, was shortlisted for the 2004 LIANZA Pounamu Awards and has been a finalist in the 2024 NZCYA Book
Awards.
Angie’s workshop will leave you bouncing with ideas, rhythm and lyrical language.

Sunday Focus Sessions are held every third Sunday in the Okahukura Room at Greerton Library from 2-4pm. Work in Progress meetings are held on the first Thursday at the Wesley Methodist Church on 13th Avenue from 7-9pm.
