Introduction to Tea Appreciation:
An Introduction into how to savour the best that tea has to offer.  You will be treated to a selection of teas from each of the major styles.  This is the perfect place to start your tea discovery adventure.  As part of this journey, you will each receive a tea tasting wheel to keep.

Black Teas of the World:
Take a trip around the world and experience black teas from all corners of the globe.  Be transported to famous tea growing areas and experience the difference the terroir makes to the simple tea plant, camellia sinensis.

Green Teas of the World:
Take a trip around the world and experience green teas from all corners of the globe.  Sample green teas from all around the world including India, China, Korea and Japan.

Oolong Sommelier:
Oolongs are beautiful teas with rich, aromatic flavours and unique characteristics.  Learn how to brew your oolongs to perfection in the Oolong Sommelier class.  You will experience and taste some of the top Oolongs from around the world, ranging from the famous Wuyi Rock oolongs of China through to Oriental Beauty from Taiwan.
