Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is a traditional self-cultivation practice based on the universal principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance. Easy to learn, the practice includes four gentle standing exercises to purify the body and a seated meditation to calm the mind.

Originating in China in 1992, Falun Dafa was founded by Mr. Li Hongzhi.
Practitioners are guided by Mr. Li’s book – ‘Zhuan Falun’ (Turning the Law Wheel). Translated into 38 languages, the book contains the most comprehensive and essential teachings of the practice. It is available in Tauranga libraries or online at: www.FalunDafa.org.nz
