In this interactive hands on workshop you will learn how to make your very own sauerkraut!!

Together we will grate the cabbages and go through the process step by step, easy for you to do at home afterwards independently.

Yours to take home is the jar of sauerkraut that you’ll make and the knowledge of fermenting.

I will have some helpful tools for you to purchase, to make the job easier and other crafts and things I do.

I will have a selection of our Kiwi Homesteaders products available to purchase on the day. We do accept online payment for anything you buy from our shop on the day.

It’s always a great opportunity for people to come together and learn and socialise with like minded ones. It will be nice to have you with us.
