The Meditation Practice Group is starting again; starting 28th July at the HanneHatha Studio, meeting fortnightly.

It is a lovely group for exploring and practising a variety of meditation and sharing information, learning and support with all matters of meditation.

If you are curious about meditation and if it something for you come along next Tuesday and give it a go.

Wear warm comfortable clothing, we are seated on chairs and there are plenty of cushions if you prefer to practice on the floor.

9.30-11am,  $10 door charge cash,

So come along and give meditation a go.
