Meditation Tool Box Course 

with HanneHatha Yoga

The six week course is an introduction to meditation; we explore and practise different aspects of meditation; the role of the breath and breath techniques (pranayama), how to deal with distraction (pratyahara), the discipline of focus and concentration (dharana) and a variety of meditation techniques (dhyana). This course will enable you to develop and maintain your own meditation practice and may bring deeper awareness and compassion into your life.
