Steffi came to New Zealand in 1996 with her family, and is passionate about helping people increase their confidence. Steffi is about results that lead to fulfilled and satisfied employees and growing corporations.

Operating successful businesses during her career, and overcoming her own personal challenges, Steffi is fully equipped to not only teach, but to walk beside you and your people. An experienced, highly energetic and passionate speaker, trainer and author, Steffi sets a goal, works hard and achieves success.

Since 2009 Steffi has been a motivational speaker. Initially training with Toastmasters New Zealand, Steffi went on to become an accredited member of the National Speakers Association of New Zealand.
