The presenter of the NZSL courses is deaf and these popular courses are conducted using sign language.
Beginners Term 4:
Sat 17th October–12th December, 10 am – 12 noon 8 weeks, $40
Covers the basics on how to communicate using sign language and you will learn some aspects of deaf culture.
Beginners Extension Term 4:
Sat 17th October–12th December, 1pm – 3pm 8 weeks, $40
Develop your ability to communicate with deaf people in a range of familiar contexts, participating in longer and more open–ended exchanges. Must have completed beginners’ requirements.
