My yoga classes offer a flow practice with an emphasis on the mind-body connection. Moving with ease through yoga poses in harmony with the breath can be incredibly calming for the mind.

Daytime Classes
Wednesday & Friday mornings 9.15 – 10.25am
Tuesday afternoon 1.15 – 2.25pm
Location: Castlewold Drive, Bethlehem
(NOTE: daytime classes run during the school term)

Evening classes
Monday evenings 7.00 – 8.10pm
Location: Total Rehab Pilates Studio
Urban Ridge
Cnr Millers Rd & Jude Plc Brookfield
(NOTE: the evening classes during the school holidays may vary)

Prenatal yoga courses are also available throughout the year.

$12 a class (first class free)
