But do you know the unique medicinal or cosmetic talents they hold?

The opportunity to find out is here all year round with the Katikati Herb Society.

The Katikati Herb Society meet the second Wednesday of the month at 7.00 pm in the St Paul’s Presbyterian Church Lounge, corner SH2 & Mulgan Street, Katikati.

Why not come along and learn about the identification, cultivation, and use of herbs including; culinary, nutritional, health, first aid, home remedies and crafts.

The programme includes; guest speakers, garden trips, craft displays, demonstrations, hands on workshops, information sharing.

Everyone is welcome.

Cost: $4 casual visitor fee.
$20 for a year’s membership
