A Four week Pranayama (breath) & Meditation (mental focus) course designed to teach you different breathing techniques that you can use in everyday life to energise, gain focus, clarity and balance.
You will learn the science and what it is doing within the body, practice the technique then expand on this by learning and practicing meditation techniques.
Combining these two practices leads to a calm and peaceful, optimal functioning mind and body.
