Every Thursday I’ll be in the beautiful Moa park in Mount Maunganui teach a Vinyasa flow class.
Time: 5.30pm – 6.30pm
Place: Moa Park, Oceanbeach Rd, Mt Maunganui

What to bring? Yoga mat, comfy clothes, a water bottle and towel (optional)
Type of yoga: Vinyasa

Level: Beginners to intermediate
