Our art is taught in an environment of mutual respect and cooperation that builds confidence and self-esteem.

An evolutionary martial art holistically encompassing elements of traditional Okinawan karate, kata and self-defence (bunkai) stand up sparring (K1 style), throwing, ground fighting, traditional weaponry (kobudo) and internal arts (Qi Gong) in a comprehensive syllabus.

Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is a traditional self-cultivation practice based on the universal principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance. Easy to learn, the practice includes four gentle standing exercises to purify the body and a seated meditation to calm the mind.
